GOODBLOG

Welcome! Our student blog is a place where we post about our experiences and things we're talking about, including work, food, Goodmans, and life in Toronto.

GOODPeople: Karen Vadasz

I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Karen Vadasz to talk about life and law. In addition to being a successful banking and finance lawyer, Karen is one of my summer mentors. I have valued her approachable nature, fun personality, and dedication to ensuring I make the most out of my summer. I look forward to continuing to work together during articling! In 2017, a long-time client decided to try to buy an Overwatch franchise. Although neither of us knew anything about video games, we flew to New York and put together a bid for the team, which we ended up winning. Since then, we h
